VOICE TRANSLATOR TERMS OF USE

1. AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BILLIONX LABS LIMITED (BillionX, "we", "us") for the Android app Voice Translator: Live AI ("Voice Translator", "the app"; package com.billionx.voicetranslator). By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to use this app. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. WHAT THE APP DOES
The app translates speech, text and text in photos between languages, using a server and third-party speech-recognition, translation and language-model providers that process data on our behalf (listed here once finalized). It lets you:
- translate typed text, with a choice of quality levels (Fast, Smart, Expert) and styles;
- translate speech in three voice modes: Manual (hold to talk), Real-time (continuous live subtitles) and Headphone (for a conversation through earphones);
- translate text in a photo, taken with the camera or picked with the system photo picker;
- download offline language packs and translate text on your phone without a connection;
- chat with an AI assistant in AI Tools for specific tasks;
- keep a history and favorites, and, if you sign in with Google, sync them and restore Pro on a new phone;
- receive optional reminders (at most one a day).
3. TRANSLATIONS CAN BE WRONG
Translations and AI replies are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Do not rely on the app for medical, legal, financial, safety or emergency communication, or for any situation where a mistake could cause harm. You are responsible for checking important translations with a qualified person. We make no promise that the output is correct.
4. FREE USE, FAIR USE AND PRO SUBSCRIPTION
- Free: Manual voice mode without a daily limit; a daily allowance for the other features (for example text translations, Real-time and Headphone voice time, photo translations and AI Tools messages); the offline pack for English and your phone's language. The allowances may change through remote settings without an app update, and the app shows what is left.
- Pro raises the limits (Real-time and Headphone up to 60 minutes a day per mode) and unlocks the other offline language packs and higher quality levels. The limits exist because each translation costs us real money; they are a reasonable use limit, not an unlimited promise.
- Plans: weekly (with a 3-day free trial for users Google Play judges eligible) and yearly. The price shown on the purchase screen, in your currency, is the price Google Play charges.
- Free trial: if you start the trial you are not charged during the first 3 days. When the trial ends, your Google Play account is charged the weekly price shown on the purchase screen, automatically, and then every week, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (week or year) at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancel: in Google Play (Play Store, profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Voice Translator, Cancel), or in the app: Me, Manage in Google Play. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
- Restore: Me, Restore purchase asks Google Play for your purchases again; signing in with Google also restores Pro on a new phone.
- Refunds: payments are handled by Google Play and refunds follow Google Play's policy. We cannot refund Google Play charges ourselves; request a refund through Google Play or contact support@billionx.co.
5. YOUR ACCOUNT
An account is optional. If you sign in with Google, keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. You can delete your account in the app (Me, Settings, Delete account) or by email, as described on our account deletion page.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not: use the app or AI Tools to create or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm; record or translate other people's voices without the consent the law requires where you are; try to trick the AI into producing prohibited content; reverse engineer or tamper with the app, its servers or its purchase checks; send automated requests or use the app to build a competing service; resell or share a subscription; use the app unlawfully; or interfere with Google Play billing. We may block content and limit or suspend access if you breach these rules. You can report an AI reply with the Report button in the chat.
You are responsible for the content you send and for having the right to use it.
7. OFFLINE LANGUAGE PACKS AND AVAILABILITY
Offline packs are downloaded to your phone and may be updated or removed. Online features need an internet connection and depend on our server and third-party services, which may be slow or unavailable. We do not promise that the app is always available or error-free.
8. DISCLAIMER
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent allowed by law, BILLIONX LABS LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss that results from relying on a translation or AI reply. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We may update these Terms or the app. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. For material changes we will show a notice in the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, and you can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BILLIONX LABS LIMITED is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
