What you can do with Family Locator
Your family on one clear map.
Keeps families connected on one clear map, with safety tools that work only between people who have agreed to share.
Live family map
See the people who share with you, with their last update time and battery level when their device reports it.
PremiumLocation history
Review the places someone visited on a chosen day.
PremiumPlace alerts
Save places such as home, school or work and get notified about arrivals and departures.
PremiumSOS alerts
Tap SOS to start a 10-second countdown. When it completes, the people who can see your location are alerted with your position. It does not contact emergency services.
PremiumFind your phone
Check a shared device's last known location, or ask it to play a sound with the owner's explicit permission.
PremiumSharing your own location and accepting an invitation are free. Premium unlocks the live map, history, place alerts, SOS and find-my-phone.
Inside the app
Nothing is shared silently
A notification is always visible while your location is being shared, and the app cannot be used to track someone without their knowledge.
