DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND DATA
This page explains how to delete your account and data for the app Voice Translator: Live AI (package com.billionx.voicetranslator), published by BILLIONX LABS LIMITED (BillionX), and what happens to your data when you do.
You can use the app without an account. An account exists only if you chose to sign in with Google. If you never signed in, use "Delete my data" in the app (Section 3).
1. IN THE APP (FASTEST)
- Open the app and go to Me.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
We delete your account, your synced translation history and favorites, and any stored files linked to them from our server within 30 days; the app signs you out and erases its local data on your phone. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
2. BY EMAIL
If you no longer have the app, you do not need to reinstall it. Email support@billionx.co from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request by replying to that address and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm to you by reply.
3. IF YOU HAVE NO ACCOUNT
In the app: Me, Settings, Delete my data. This erases the app's local data (history, favorites, settings, cached subscription state, daily limits and your stored consent choice) and asks Firebase to reset analytics data and delete the Firebase installation ID. Uninstalling the app also removes everything the app keeps on your phone.
4. CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, cancel it in Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions?sku=pro&package=com.billionx.voicetranslator (or Play Store, profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Voice Translator, Cancel). 5. WHAT IS DELETED
- Your profile from Google sign-in: email address and name.
- Your account identifier.
- Your synced translation history, conversations and favorites.
- Your daily-usage counters tied to the account, and any stored text or photos linked to it.
- Your subscription entitlement record on our server (the subscription itself stays with Google Play).
We do not keep audio recordings of what you say: audio is processed and discarded when the translation is finished. Text and photos sent for translation are not kept on our side.
6. WHAT IS NOT DELETED
- Google Play purchase and billing records, held by Google.
- Security and abuse logs on our server (they contain no translation content): kept up to 30 days, then removed.
- Records that the law requires us to keep (for example tax or fraud prevention), for the required period only.
- Data that Google already received, on the schedule below.
7. WHAT GOOGLE AND FIREBASE KEEP, AND FOR HOW LONG
- App usage events, installation and app-instance ID, device and app info, approximate location from IP (Google Analytics for Firebase): deleted automatically after the retention period set in our project, never longer than 14 months.
- Crash reports and their IDs (Firebase Crashlytics, release builds): 90 days, then removed from live and backup systems (firebase.google.com/support/privacy).
- Firebase installation ID (also used for Remote Config): until deletion is requested; Firebase removes it within 180 days after that.
- Advertising ID based measurement (Google): under Google's policies. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings (Settings, Privacy, Ads).
- Speech-recognition, translation and language-model providers: retention under their contract terms with us.
