PDF MAKER DELETE YOUR DATA

1. WHAT DATA PDF MAKER KEEPS
- On your device only: your documents, scans, signatures you saved, recent files list, favourites and settings. We have no copy.
- With Google services and ad partners used by the app (AdMob and its partner networks, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, ML Kit): technical data tied to an installation identifier or advertising ID, described in the Privacy Policy (https://billionx.co/pdf-reader-privacy-policy/).
- With Google Play: your purchases and subscriptions, which Google holds under your Google account. We cannot delete those.
2. DELETE EVERYTHING STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
- Delete documents you created in the app from your Files app or inside PDF Maker. Files saved next to the original, or in Documents/PDF Maker, are ordinary files: they stay after you uninstall the app until you delete them.
- Android Settings > Apps > PDF Maker > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the app. This removes settings, the recent list and any cached data.
- If you granted "All files access", uninstalling removes the permission.
3. STOP OR RESET ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING IDENTIFIERS
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: Android Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or Reset).
- Clear the app's storage or uninstall to create a new installation identifier for Firebase.
- In PDF Maker, Settings > Reset analytics data clears the usage data kept on your device and starts a new anonymous ID. It does not delete data already held by Google; to ask for that, copy your Analytics ID first and email us (below).
- In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland you can change your ads consent choice in Settings > Privacy choices (this row appears only where the law requires it).
4. ASK US TO DELETE DATA LINKED TO YOUR INSTALLATION
- In PDF Maker open Settings > Analytics ID and tap the ID to copy it. Do this BEFORE using "Reset analytics data": the reset starts a new ID, and the old one can no longer be found afterwards.
- Email the ID to support@billionx.co with the subject "PDF Maker data deletion".
- We delete the analytics data tied to that ID within 30 days and reply when it is done.
Because there is no account, we cannot identify you by name or by advertising ID.
Data held by Google as an independent controller (for example ad personalisation under your Google account) is managed at https://myactivity.google.com and https://policies.google.com.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it either. Cancel in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
6. WHAT WE MAY KEEP
Records we must keep by law (for example sales records held by Google Play), and aggregated or anonymised statistics that no longer identify an installation.
