DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND DATA
This page explains how to delete your account for the app GPS Phone Tracker Location (also referred to as Family Locator), published by BILLIONX LABS LIMITED, and what happens to your data when you do.
1. DELETE FROM INSIDE THE APP (INSTANT)
- Open the app and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll to the bottom of Profile & settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is performed immediately on our servers. It is permanent and cannot be undone.
2. DELETE BY EMAIL REQUEST
If you no longer have the app installed, email us at support@billionx.co from any address, stating the phone number you registered in the app. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm to you by reply.
3. WHAT IS DELETED
- Your profile (display name and phone number)
- Your account identifier and sign-in token
- Your current location and your entire location history
- All sharing connections, in both directions — people you can see and people who can see you lose access immediately
- Your saved places, their arrival/departure event log, and who you chose to receive alerts for each place
- Your subscription entitlement record on our servers
- Your SOS alerts and find-my-phone (ring) requests
- Your push notification token
- Positions still waiting to upload on your phone
- Your pending or unused invitation records, whether created as a 6-digit code or a QR code
- Your sharing-session records and any "someone is watching" signal stored for your device
All of the above is removed from our production database at the moment of deletion. No copy is retained for marketing or analytics.
Location history older than 90 days is deleted automatically even if you keep your account. If you never add a phone number, never connect with anyone, and never make a purchase, your anonymous account is deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity even without you asking.
4. WHAT IS NOT DELETED BY US
- Google Play billing records are held by Google, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions.
- Legal compliance records (for example fraud-prevention or tax records), if any exist, are retained only for the period required by law.
5. PARTIAL DELETION
You do not have to delete the whole account to limit data collection. You can, at any time: stop sharing your location (no new location data is collected), remove any individual person's access, delete individual saved places, or revoke the app's location permission in Android settings.
